Chunji produced several runner castings for us by investment casting method back in 2005. I have attached pictures of the mold, wax pattern and casting.
We are interested in having a Francis turbine runner made by investment casting method for an upcoming project. Casting material is CF8M. Attached is the CAD model of the runner in IGES format. To keep the file size small, only one of thirteen blades is included in the attached model.
